Refund Conditions

• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
• Item must meet the return eligibility criteria
• Refund request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

• bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer — refund will be sent to your provided account
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
• Original delivery charge is non-refundable unless the error is ours

• If the item has been used or damaged by the customer
• If the return window of 3 days has passed
• If the item does not match return policy conditions
